On behalf of the Moorebank Sports Soccer Club and our U10 Division 1 team, I would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to you, your Committee and your Club for the opportunity to participate in such a fantastic event. Quite aside from our team's success in reaching the grand final, the boys and parents alike had a wonderful day and we commend you on the way the event was managed and run.
I sincerely hope the Barry Donnelley Knockout event continues into future years notwithstanding the impending change in format of U10s soccer in this country. This year was the second time I have attended (previously in 2006 when Greystanes won the Cup in a thriller of a GF) and I must say that the overriding winner of this event, due to the friendly spirit in which the games are played and the fun and enjoyment evident on all the kids' faces, is our beloved sport of soccer. It was a real feel-good day and I congratulate you all. I will certainly be recommending participation in the Barry Donnelley Knockout for all future MSSC U10 teams. Yours sincerely, Glenn Wilmering Vice President Moorebank Sports Soccer Club Inc ![]() |
We are the coaches of Canley Heights RSL. We would like to thank you for allowing us to participate in last weekend’s competition. It was very well run and coordinated and the kids and parents had a great day. The games were all played in great spirit and true sportsmanship which was assisted by very competent refereeing. Once again thank you and congratulations on a great day. Best Regards, Mr Leo Delgado
