Team Management
Team Sheet
Team Sheet
Important Information
- The official team sheet will be placed in each team’s folder on Saturday morning.
- Your team manager must collect that folder from the canteen prior to your game.
- All home teams must supply a team sheet or risk automatically forfeiting the game.
- There will only be one team sheet, no copies.
- The referees have indicated they will NOT referee the game if the home team does NOT have the official team sheet.
- Team sheet must have the name of the manager or coach and team official printed and signed before the game is played. This is decision from the GDSRA and the GDSFA is supporting it.
- Each team sheet will have every players name and FFA numbers on it, if eligible to play, home team and opposition.
- Player’s shirt number must be written on the team sheet.
Team & Ground Officials
Team Official (Yellow vest) &
Ground Official (Orange vest)
- Be warned, teams will lose points whether they win or lose the game if below is not complied with even if the referee lets the game go ahead. The importance of these issues can't be stressed enough.
- Referees have indicated they will NOT referee a game if each team does NOT have a team official, who is NOT the coach or manager, wearing a yellow vest.
- They will NOT referee the game if the home side does NOT have a ground official with the orange vest on.
- Team official must remain outside the rope, the fence or the technical area.
- If you have any questions, whether you think it's stupid or not, please do NOT hesitate to contact the competitions secretary.
Coaches & Managers Meetings
Coaches & Managers Meetings
- Coaches & managers meetings are scheduled for the fourth Monday of each month commencing at 7:30pm at Bathurst St Park Community Hall.
- These meetings are important and a manager or coach from each team must be present.
Agenda items include selecting training times and important information regarding trials, competition organisation and provide an opportunity for feedback to the management committee. An agenda will be prepared prior to meeting.
We subsidise training & certification for coaches plus provide various other development initiatives. We do require assistance so feel free to offer your ideas and services.

Duties & Rosters
Parents & Players
Duties
These aren't huge tasks but the more help we have the easier the job is. A committee member will always be available for advice so don’t be afraid to ask.
Remember, it is only a couple of times a year and it’s not too much to ask for the parents to lend a hand, especially when you consider the amount of time and effort the coaches and managers put into your children.
Thanks for your help and support, we couldn’t do it without you.

Canteen Roster
Please ensure that 2-3 parents are available.
